Prices are labor only. Hourly work is billed at $30/hour for actual time worked.

By signing below, I confirm and agree that:
I authorize Johnson Motor Works to perform only the work listed above, at the service location listed above.
I own this vehicle or have the owner's permission to authorize this work, and I have permission to have work done at this location.
I identified the part(s) to be replaced. Johnson Motor Works does not diagnose problems and makes no promise this work will fix any symptom or issue.
This is an estimate. No additional work will be done without my approval , and I will be asked before the total goes more than 10% or $25 (whichever is less) over this estimate.
Customer-supplied parts are my responsibility. If a part is wrong, defective or missing, I still owe for labor and travel time already spent.
The $100 deposit is applied to my bill. If I cancel more than 24 hours ahead it is refunded; within 24 hours it is kept.
The remaining balance, plus NC sales tax, is due by card (Stripe) when the work is completed.
All work is provided "as is" with no warranty, and I agree to the Johnson Motor Works Terms of Service (johnsonmotorworksnc.com/terms.html), including its limits on liability, the 7-day written claim deadline, and the 7-day deadline to file any lawsuit.
